Our original community, Rockwood South Hill offers a rich 60+-year history of excellence serving seniors and a full continuum of care all on one campus. The stunning 90-acre campus features two apartment towers with a variety of apartment styles and panoramic views, in addition to homes and duplexes nestled in a beautifully forested neighborhood, on Spokane’s desirable South Hill.
Redeveloped in 2023, Rockwood at Whitworth is Spokane’s first university-affiliated senior living community. Located in vibrant North Spokane, residents at Rockwood at Whitworth live in sophisticated, modern apartment homes or beautiful courtyard homes. Residents have exclusive access to programs and services at Whitworth University and proximity to North Spokane’s bustling restaurants and cultural attractions.
In 2011, Rockwood opened Appleway Court—an affordable senior living community in Spokane Valley. With 62 apartments, lovely gathering spaces for social events, outdoor gardening space and more, this beautiful community is an important part of the Rockwood mission to serve seniors.
