Rockwood Retirement Communities is looking to hire Full-time or Part-time RNs for NOC shifts at our South Hill campus. Rockwood maintains 5 Star Staffing per CMS and offers an 8 to 1 staff to resident ratio within our SNF. Substantial Pay Opportunity for NOC Shift RN! Retention Bonus Is Available!

Pay Range: $43 – $50 per hour DOE

+ $3 NOC shift differential

+ Ability to increase hourly rate of pay $5 per hour in a pay in lieu of benefit. This can be discussed further at interview.

Shift Type: NOC, 10pm – 6:30am

Scheduling options available:

  • 4 8-hour shifts, paid for 40 hours
  • 3 8-hour shifts, paid for 28 hours
  • 3 12-hour shifts, paid for 40 hours (12-hour shifts last from 6pm – 6am)

All scheduling options include the ability to pick up additional shifts if available and willing.

Responsibilities

  • Licensed nurse who provides safe, competent, quality care
  • Complete medication pass, resident care, and proper nurse charting/documentation
  • Nursing assessments are based on interviews, examinations, observations, and reviews of records of our residents
  • Nursing actions are consistent with the care plan and medical regimen
  • Coordinates resident care activities, based on established priorities, including teaching, rounding, counseling, and discharge planning, and directs/delegates appropriately health care team members
  • Oversees the care staff and helps them in making educated care decisions
  • Enjoy being part of a team, as this position will work closely with a team of nursing assistants and other interdisciplinary team members assuring our residents are receiving the best of care and customer service

Required Skills and Experience

  • Current Washington State RN License
