The Rockwood Residents’ Foundation Board of Trustees is made up of residents from Rockwood South Hill and Rockwood at Whitworth. These residents are very grateful for every Rockwood employee and the services they provide. So, when the Foundation Board learned that there was a new employee breakroom being created, they agreed to partner with Rockwood to enhance the employee experience by providing top of the line amenities to create a respite space for them to enjoy. Coming out of the pandemic, the leadership team saw that this was a necessary addition and surveyed employees on what amenities they would like to see included. Some of the features provided by the Foundation that are now thoroughly enjoyed by the employees include: two massage chairs, a fireplace, a business center with a computer, a printer/copier/scanner, a snack wall, comfortable furniture, a TV and more. The team members would like to express their immense gratitude to the residents for making each workday even more enjoyable!
