Appleway Court

In 2011, Rockwood opened Appleway Court—an affordable senior living community in Spokane Valley. Due to high demand, Appleway Court has stayed consistently full; and in 2014 Rockwood completed a second phase almost doubling the size of the community with a total of 62 apartments. While this community does not offer care services, it is a wonderful senior living community with gathering spaces for social events and outdoor gardening space. Local property management firm, Kiemle Hagood, manages the day-to-day operations of the community and the applications for residency.
