With two restaurants and ever-changing menus, a lovely cocktail lounge, and a coffee & pastry shop, you’ll always have great options for every meal. From traditional dishes to vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free meals, decadent special dishes or fresh salads that are works of art, our menus have something for everyone.
Embers Grille
Our casual restaurant, Embers features a unique open kitchen concept where you can see dishes being prepared by our team right before you. Embers offers an open dining room with table or booth seating. It also boasts an Italian Pizza oven for making a pizza specifically to your liking.
Livingston’s
This is fine dining, Rockwood style. With it’s white tablecloths and more intimate environment, Livingston’s is the perfect place for a special date night, entertaining family and friends, or any time you want incredible meals in an elegant setting.
Rocky’s Café and store
Specially-made gourmet coffees, smoothies, fresh-baked pastries and cookies, daily specials and a range of grab-and-go convenience food options make Rocky’s the perfect spot any time of day. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. And our team is always happy to whip up a custom beverage—just ask!
Fireside Lounge
With its full-service cocktail bar and excellent bistro menu, Fireside Lounge is a favorite place to meet up with friends. Enjoy the TV lounge, bar seating, traditional table seating or gather around the large outdoor fire pit. No matter where you choose, beautiful forest views are right outside the windows.

One of the great perks of Rockwood South Hill is its proximity to downtown Spokane and all of the entertainment and dining options it offers. While we’ll put our restaurants up against anything in town, downtown Spokane is home to lots of incredible restaurants, from quick lunches to elegant fine dining to cool sports pubs that are a perfect place to catch a game with friends.
